"Validation of potential myeloma target antigens for blood dendritic cell immunotherapy"

Dendritic cell (DC) are specialized white blood cells, which initiate and direct immune responses. We have developed new technology to isolate blood DC and load them with targets to generate helper and cytotoxic T cell responses. This methodology will be used to discover and validate sorely needed, multiple myeloma (MM) target antigens to be used for our expanding DC immunotherapy trials program. The results will also assist other trials of immune therapy for MM.
