Establishing a Framework for Conducting Intergroup Clinical Trials in Myeloma
Objectives Reviews the current understanding and activity of myeloma intergroups in North America and Europe and to identify potential areas for intergroup collaboration. Examines factors predictive of success in intergroup trials and understand the constraints imposed by funding, reviewer, and private sector expectations. Identifies means to implement identified "success" factors and develop a "road map" for future intergroup efforts which will result in faster trials with great statistical power.
