Allogeneic CD34+ Selected Peripheral Blood Cell Infusion Following Nonmyeloablative Chemotherapy in Patients with Multiple Myeloma |

| Purpose: |
To determine the lowest dose of chemotherapy necessary for successful engraftment of donor cells while decreasing the risk of graft vs host disease (GVHD) |

| Treatment: |
Patients receive 4 days of chemotherapy and then stem cell infusion. Patients can expect weekly clinic visits and immunosuppressive drugs for the first 60 to 90 days posttransplant. Then evaluations at 6 and 12 months with donor leukocyte infusion (DLI) if there is no GVHD. |
